We are thrilled to share that Business Insider's YouTube channel has been awarded the platform's coveted Diamond Play Button, which is presented to creators who surpass 10 million subscribers.

Video is at the heart of how we bring Business Insider's journalism to life and is a growing focus for the company. Reaching 10 million subscribers on one of our YouTube channels — and 36 million across all of them — is a testament to the strong journalism and storytelling coming from Business Insider's video team, and the growing demand for insightful coverage on the forces shaping the world. We're proud to deliver stories that inform, challenge, and inspire our global audiences.

This news comes on the heels of winning two 2025 Webby Awards, and is a noteworthy milestone for Business Insider's video team. In 2024, Business Insider's YouTube videos garnered more than 12 billion minutes of watch time.

Most importantly, reaching so many people allows us to have an impact in the real world. Our documentaries have shaped laws, brought visibility to dying businesses, and called attention to countless issues behind industries.

The Diamond Play Button recognition adds to our growing list of honors for Business Insider's video journalism. We've won National Magazine Award, multiple 2024 Digiday Video and TV Awards, Edward R. Murrow Awards, and New York Emmys.
