Diapers.com is starting a new eCommerce site called Soap.com:

"It's everything you'd find in your drugstore except the drugs. So, it's health, beauty, personal care, household. It's all your everyday essentials like toothpaste and toilet paper, and also high-end specialty items," explains CEO and co-founder Marc Lore.

But is there room for another Internet retailer? Lore explains how Soap.com will differentiate itself from the competition.
