After a torrent of complaints from iOS users, Google has pulled the Gmail app from Apple's App Store.
In a tweet from Gmail's official account, the company says:
The iOS app we launched today contained a bug with notifications. We have pulled the app to fix the problem. Sorry we messed up.
But the push notifications error wasn't the only problem people had with the app.
There's still no way to check multiple Gmail accounts and view them in a unified inbox. It almost feels like a direct port from the mobile web version.
