A beautiful Tudor home in San Fransisco's Pacific Heights neighborhood sold for $29.5 million yesterday, ranking as one of the most expensive homes to sell in the area this year (via Bloomberg).
2011-11-02The six bedroom, five full bathroom and two half bathroom home sits on Broadway Street and originally was listed at $33.9 million.
The home was designed in 1922 by famous San Francisco architect Frederick H. Meyer for Stetson G. Hindes.
The house has great bay views, a chef's kitchen, a catering room, a more than 3,000 bottle wine cellar and a heated outdoor spas.
