What to expect in a Chase Sapphire Lounge
You check in at the Chase Sapphire Lounge by presenting a same-day boarding pass, a valid Priority Pass membership, and the credit card through which you have access, if applicable.
From time to time, you may be asked to join a waitlist if the space is at capacity, and will be notified when it is your turn to enter.
All Chase Sapphire Lounges offer comfortable seating for work or relaxation, high-speed WiFi, and plenty of power outlets. If you visit during a busy period and can't find somewhere to charge your laptop or phone, the front desk may have portable power banks available for you to borrow. You'll also be able to sample various complimentary food and beverage offerings during your visit.
Most amenities in Chase Sapphire Lounges are complimentary upon entry, although you may need to book in advance if you want to reserve a shower room or a spa treatment. Chase Sapphire Terrace Austin (until March 19, 2025)
The Chase Sapphire Terrace at Austin Airport isn't part of the Sapphire Lounge by The Club or Priority Pass. Instead, it's a stand-alone, complimentary indoor-outdoor space exclusively for Chase Sapphire Reserve® (rates and fees) and JP Morgan Chase cardholders and up to two free guests per visit. Ritz-Carlton cardholders, Priority Pass members, and all other visitors cannot enter.
To access the Austin Chase Sapphire Terrace, just show your Sapphire Reserve card and an outbound boarding pass within three hours of departure. Unfortunately, arriving passengers aren't eligible to enter the space.
Location: Austin Main Terminal above Gate 1
Hours: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. local time (hours may change)
