A brand is selling a 'pillow bra' that's designed to prevent 'skin creases and cleavage wrinkles'

People are outraged over a new bra that claims to prevent "skin creases and cleavage wrinkles."

Sleep & Glow, a brand that makes pillows meant for side sleepers, is currently selling a "Pillow Bra" for $69. The pink product is made from lace, and wraps around the shoulders to sit in the middle of the chest.

According to the brand's website, the bra is "a must have for ladies with gorgeous forms."

As for the bra's high price, the product is said to be made with both natural silk, lace, and cotton. Its straps are also unique, as they're adjustable and can be stretched up to a size 2X.

While it's unclear how long Sleep & Glow has been selling the bra, it has become a topic of conversation on social media after The Daily Beast correspondent Olivia Messer shared a photo of the bra on Twitter.

"What — and I cannot stress this enough — the f--- is going on," Messer tweeted.

Her tweet quickly went viral, prompting responses from fellow Twitter users. Many seemed to agree in feeling that the product is unnecessary, and can cause women to feel more insecure about their bodies.

Still, some people seem to enjoy the product. On Sleep & Glow's website, the brand lists positive reviews that it says were written by customers.

Representatives for Sleep & Glow did not immediately reply to Insider's request for comment.
