Apple just unveiled the new Apple TV, the device that plugs into your TV to allow you to stream content from the web to your TV.
As expected, the new Apple TV comes with a totally redesigned remote.
Like the old Apple TV remote, it has a minimal number of buttons. But it also has a glass touchpad that allows people to interact with the interface by swiping up and down and across the remote.
The remote, which connects to the TV via Bluetooth, also has sensors built into it, so you can use it like a gamepad to play games.
The battery lasts for up to three months, and when it's low, you can recharge it using a Lightning connector — the same cord you use to charge newer iPhones and iPads.
