Flying today is not what it used to be. Overbooked flights, cramped seats, layovers, and bag fees are now the norm. Unless you've got a seat in Business Class, you have to be prepared for the worst.
To get a glimpse of just how bad things can get, we took to the streets in New York City and asked people about the worst experience they've had while flying. Some swore off certain airlines entirely.
