As "The Big Bang Theory" kicks off its final season Monday night, star Kaley Cuoco has put some thought into what she wants to do after the show comes to a close.
"This has been such a cushion for me so many years," Cuoco told the women of "The Talk" Friday of her time on the CBS comedy. "But I have a production company now that I love and I've started to put on a producing hat, which I never was interested in before."
Cuoco founded Yes, Norman Productions, which is named after her dog, in October 2017.
The company already has a deal with Warner Bros. TV, which puts out "The Big Bang Theory." Her first project will be a limited series called "The Flight Attendant," in which she will both star and executive produce.
Cuoco said she thought producing is really helping her take charge of her own career and help her do what she wants to do in life.
That's not the only thing Cuoco has on her plate. She also wants to turn her attention back to her love of horses.
"I'm an equestrian. I love horses," said Cuoco. "I'd actually really like to challenge myself a little bit more in that area."
The actress was a big horseback rider until a serious accident in 2010 left her with two metal bars in her leg.
"I'd like to continue [to] travel ... with my husband. We want a horse show," she added. "So I think that's something in the cards."
Co-host Sharon Osbourne asked if there are Olympic dreams in her future and Cuoco said we can leave that to her husband, Karl Cook, who is an equestrian himself.
"The Big Bang Theory" premieres its final season on CBS Monday, September 24 at 8 p.m. A second episode will air Thursday, September 27 at the same time. Each following episode will continue to air on Thursdays.
